Located in California’s Central Valley, Visalia Hyundai serves a rural, agriculture-driven community of around 150,000 people. When Nick Martinez took over as General Manager in April 2022, the store was ranked low among the Hyundai dealers. The dealership faced common but critical issues: limited talent pool, high employee turnover, and inconsistent customer follow-up—especially for long-term leads. "Retention is a big one," said Martinez. "And with constant staff changes, it was hard to maintain continuity in our lead follow-up."
